Member Agreement and Terms of Service
We, EON Enthusiasts' Online Network, Inc. purchased these domains a few years ago.
So far, we've not wronged any of our citizens ("you") and don't plan to. If you send media to this site for publication, then we assume that you are sharing it with us and the rest of our members and viewers. We might make a calendar or a book that we are going to make a scads of money on. The whole while, we aren't going to screw you, but you agree that if you "post" to this site, the content partially belongs to us without exclusivity.
We respect privacy. Nothing you say individually is going to be bundled up for the paparazzi unless they pay us a fortune.
Don't post things that don't belong to you. This includes quotes, photos, videos, holographic images, in and within all mediums. We are not interested in propogating theft and you WILL be banned and the stolen content removed. And especially do not post things that are not appropriate to this site or are illegal. We'll tell.
Beyond that, nothing ventured, nothing gained. This is an enthusiast site run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. That you are reading this means that you need to relax, get a free email account and enjoy.
Commercial interests in our forums, our links, &/or in photos is not permitted. Just contact us. We'd love to work out a sponsorship or a revenue share or an exchange for goods for our members. We just don't think it's fair to promote your company without including us at least a little bit. If you spam our members, we will delete you. If you continue to spam our members, we will seek litgation. Again, let's be civil and work it out through proper channels.
Email addresses? No, we don't sell them. If the bidding is right, we might occasionally RENT them, but it would be to a vendor suited to your interest and never abused.
